Unlimited On-Site & Remote Support
Nied IT will provide maintenance and support for the existing hardware and software, including all equipment, installed third party software, and a line of business applications. Nied IT will provide support and troubleshooting for remote access solutions, including VPN access, remote desktop, webmail, and remote access setup of off-site computers. Nied IT will make a best effort to resolve as many issues as possible remotely and will dispatch on-site in the event remote resolution is not possible. Remote support for any staff member’s personal home computer is included for VPN access to the network, provided the computer has installed current Windows or Apple operating systems and antivirus, which are updated regularly.
Unlimited Automated Updates
Nied IT will provide unlimited automated support and install critical updates through its Remote, Monitoring, and Management (RMM) software for any existing system. Nied IT’s automated support, includes: the remediation for installed malware, virus, and spyware scans; repair of failed services; conducting of drive optimization and clean-up; auditing of hardware and software; and detecting of critical errors. All automated support covered in this section are included in the terms of the agreement.
On & Off-Site Backups
Nied It will automatically back up all current files, emails, and databases stored on any server to a secure online location. This includes AES-256 bit DOD Level Encryption of all data. Additionally, Nied IT will automatically back up all files, emails, and databases stored on any server to a secure online location.
Endpoint Protection / Antivirus
All antivirus licensing is included for servers, Macintoshes, and Personal Computers. Antivirus software is business-grade antivirus (SentinelOne). Nied IT monitors the antivirus software 24/7, and in the event of a virus, worm, ad-ware, or spyware is detected, a service ticket will automatically be created in Nied IT’s ticket management system. Nied IT will address all viruses as requiring an emergency response by a technician to confirm virus removal.
Security Awareness Training
Nied IT shall require all user to participate in regular security awareness training as provided through its selected software. Training may include simulated phishing attacks, instruction in company IT policies and best practices, compliance training, and other applicable tests.
Security Threat Detection & Remediation
Nied IT provides managed threat detection and remediation services to uncover and address malicious network penetration attempts
Online File Storage
File server replacement and enablement software, as well as service provided to augment or replace existing methods of file sharing for both on-site and remote as an alternative to VPN, are included in the terms of this agreement.
Quarterly Reporting
Nied IT will provide quarterly reporting, which includes, detailing resolved tickets, patching and updates, antivirus performance, service availability, and network reliability
Virtual Chief Information Officer
Nied IT provides quarterly meetings with clients to address ongoing issues, review upcoming project work, discuss changes in vendors, educate on best practices, create budgets, and plan the technology roadmap for the next period.
